Your factory steering wheel core is prepared and fitted into our molds. This ensures proper fitment for your exact vehicle and keeps all OEM mounting points and airbag compatibility correct.

Layers of carbon fiber are hand-laid and infused with resin. This step is done slowly and precisely to ensure strength, proper weave alignment, and a flawless surface finish.

The wheel is cured to harden the carbon fiber, then trimmed and reinforced. Structural components are inspected to ensure strength and correct shape before cosmetic work begins.

Leather, Alcantara, stitching, stripes, and any custom accents are installed by hand. Each wheel then goes through final inspection for fitment, finish, and function before being carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
