Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Labor

Labor costs are not covered under any circumstances and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Your Custom Wheels is not liable for any damage that occurs during the installation process.

Custom Order Delays

Orders may be cancelled due to extended wait times only if no work has begun and no projected start date has been communicated within six weeks of receiving payment.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive severely damaged or have a significant manufacturing defect that renders the product unusable. Customers must contact us immediately upon discovering the issue to be eligible.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, free of any wear or tear. Products with personalized decals are not eligible for return.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and cancellations of custom products. Refunds are processed only after the safe return of the item. The customer is responsible for secure packaging and return shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive severely damaged or have a significant manufacturing defect that renders the product unusable. Customers must contact us immediately upon discovering the issue to be eligible.

Exchanged items must be unused and in their original packaging, free of any wear or tear. Products with personalized decals are not eligible for exchange.

If a replacement is requested before the original item is returned, a temporary hold equal to the full retail value will be placed until the original is received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insured, secure shipping — we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Warranty

  • Steering Wheels — 2-year manufacturer warranty against heat cracks on the carbon fiber finish. Does not cover normal wear items such as leather, Alcantara, or painted plain weave carbon fiber.
  • LED Shift Lights & Modules — 1-year manufacturer warranty against malfunctions.
  • Interior Carbon Fiber Products — Lifetime manufacturer warranty.
  • Exterior Carbon Fiber Products — 150-day warranty against yellowing, delamination, or cracking.
